The First Cut: I Know You Want Me Too
Before this release, the mixes lived in the dark. For a long time, the output was strictly audio—confined to static images, flat waveforms, and generic placeholders. It was a digital archive, not an experience. "i know you want me too" is where the lights finally turned on.
This project marked the first true music video edit for SPDAFY, signifying a massive pivot in our creative direction. We moved away from the passive, static screen and built a dynamic visual language designed to match the kinetic energy of the tracklist. Conceptually, the video represents a three-way collision between distinct and seemingly incompatible worlds: the glossy, high-energy modern pop of NewJeans, the raw, percussive grit of Sound Factory’s classic tribal house, and the relentless, hypnotic progressive drive of Underworld.
It stopped being just about hearing the blend; it became about seeing the energy shift. We needed visuals that could keep up with that sonic diversity. This video ultimately set the template for the open-format visual style you see on the site today—proving that the eyes need to dance just as much as the ears. It was the moment the project evolved from a simple playlist into a fully immersive audiovisual performance.
